Healthy Weighs is Brookfield's first Wellness/Nutrition Center and Health Food Market.
Our Wellness/Nutrition Center provides a variety of nutrition, health and wellness services including nutritional assessment and counseling.
We specialize in the treatment of medically diagnosed nutritional deficiencies and related weight management needs. Unlike many other programs which often boast "quick weight loss or gain" and require the purchase of expensive foods or nutritional supplements, Healthy Weighs strives to create weight control techniques that can be easily implemented into one's everyday lifestyle.
To help facilitate the recommended changes to her patient's diets, Dr. Conner also provides a health food market on the premises. This way, she can easily assist them in making healthful food selections. This unique market specializes in vegetarian foods and snacks meeting the dietary guidelines and perfect for those following fat, sodium, and sugar restricted diets.
