Health Food Junction exists to promote living healthy, which is more than just counting your carbs and excercising right. It’s a lifestyle choice that allows you to take charge of your physical body, as well as your inner spirit. Through this natural balance, anyone can reach his or her full potential, simply by embracing sound alternatives in the way we diet, excercise and think.
Judith, MS, BSN, RN is the owner of Health Food Junction, a full service health food store in the northwest Connecticut Hills. She has an M.S. in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Connecticut.
Judith is an adjunct lecturer at Western Connecticut State University. Judith has also completed Rosemary Gladstar’s Herbal Apprenticeship program and currently runs her business and teaches holistic nutrition, health and herbal classes In the Tristate area. She is also a Dream Teacher from Robert Moss’ School of Active Dreaming.
